First of all, congratulations!  This is YOUR year!  As a new year starts, we all think about goals … and resolutions.   This is YOUR year to GET MARRIED!  What if I said … this could be your most stressful year ever?  Well it COULD be if you don’t start now taking care of yourself…before all the planning starts, invites are sent and boo It doesn’t have to be stressful … what if it was a transformation year! A better YOU!


Here are a few tips from me :) @jamiemindercoaching , a certified health coach who help brides like you, change mindsets so they can live healthier lives :)

1.CHANGE YOUR MINDSET AROUND GETTING HEALTHY!
2.DRINK WATER!  …AIM TO DRINK AT LEAST HALF OF YOUR BODY WEIGHT DAILY!
3.DON’T GO ON A DIET…INSTEAD CREATE LASTING HABITS!
4.CLEAR THE CLUTTER … START SMALL!
5.MOVE YOUR BODY! DAILY!  …ANY MOVEMENT IS GOOD MOVEMENT!
6.EAT SMART! DON’T COUNT CALORIES, TRY COUNTING CHEMICALS!
