Our coordinators begin working with the couple about two months before the wedding day. A coordinator will create a wedding day timeline, touch base with all vendors, review contracts to make note of what will be provided, be present at the rehearsal and the full day of the wedding. If your venue has an on-site coordinator, we work hand-in-hand to be sure no details are overlooked and we organize the arrivals and setup of all of your outside vendors.
